Biscuit PetVirtual pet for iPhone and iPad

Privacy Policy

Biscuit Pet does not collect your personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no server that stores your pet.

The short version. The app keeps your pet on your device and nowhere else. Delete the app and everything goes with it. We have nothing to sell, share or lose.

1. Who we are

Biscuit Pet is developed and published by Daniil Rozhkov, an individual developer based in Cyprus. Contact: daniilrozh95@gmail.com.

2. What the app stores, and where

Your pet's state is saved in a local database on your iPhone or iPad only:

This data never leaves the device. It is not backed up to our servers (we have none) and it is not linked to your name, email, Apple Account or advertising identifier. Removing the app deletes the data.

If you back up your device with iCloud or a computer, the app's data may be included in that backup. That backup is controlled by you and Apple, not by us.

3. What the app does not do

4. Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders on your device when your pet needs something (for example when he is hungry). These reminders are generated and delivered by iOS on your device; no push token is created and no notification content is sent to us. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Biscuit Pet, or in the app.

5. Network requests

The app works fully offline. The only network request it makes is the standard update check of the Expo framework: the app asks our update service whether a newer version of its JavaScript bundle exists. That request contains technical information about the app build (version, runtime and platform) and no personal data, no identifiers and no content of your save. This is how bug fixes reach your device without a full App Store update.

6. Children

Biscuit Pet is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. There are no ads, no purchases and no chat.

7. Your rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, export, restrict or delete. If you write to us, we will answer; if you ask us to delete a message you sent us, we will delete it. Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

8. Purchases

Version 1.0 is free and contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. If this changes, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the change ships.

9. Changes to this policy

If the app starts handling data differently, this page will be updated and the date below will change. Material changes will be noted in the App Store release notes.
