Biscuit is a very simple animal. If something is not working, this page probably has the answer — and if it does not, write to us.
The four circles at the bottom of the screen are his needs: food, joy, sleep and hygiene. Each circle also works as a button.
That is a refusal, not a bug. The app never shows error messages: a refused tap makes the circle wiggle. The usual reason is not enough paws, or the need is already full. Paws are earned by playing the mini-games and by a daily reward of 20 paws on the first launch of each day.
He keeps living while the app is closed, so his needs drop over time. Nothing is lost and he cannot die. A shower, a snack and a game bring him back.
A game cannot start when his Sleep is below 30%. Give him coffee first, or let him nap — Sleep recovers on its own at night.
Reminders are optional and local. Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Biscuit Pet and make sure they are allowed. Reminders are scheduled only after you leave the app.
Not in version 1.0 — his name is Biscuit and there is one pet. A fresh start is possible by deleting and reinstalling the app; the save is stored on the device, so it goes away with the app.

Please write to daniilrozh95@gmail.com and describe what you did right before it happened. Screenshots help a lot. Ideas are welcome; we read everything even when we cannot build everything.
